Recently, she has expanded her services to include botox injections, offering her clients a comprehensive range of options to help them achieve their beauty goals. Cancellation Policy
All clients booking an appointment will be required to have a credit card on file. Clients will also be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $50-$150 upon booking. The amount of deposit is dependent on the service booked. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your service. If deposit has not been paid within 48 hours of your appointment, you will receive a message, if not paid, appointment will be canceled/rescheduled. If you cancel your appointment LESS then 48 hours in advance you will be charged a 10% of service cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in order to reschedule another appointment with me. If you no show your appointment, a 50% no show fee will be charged to the card on file. If you are sick or have any flulike symptoms please message me and we can reschedule your appointment. Your health matters. Please always confirm your appointments. You should receive text messages and emails reminding you and asking to confirm once your appointment is booked from both gloss and Symplast. Please make sure to confirm your appointments 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If appointments are not confirmed 24 hours before your appointment a text message will be sent to confirm. Please be on time to your appointments as l have other clients to service in the same day. I always leave some time for late arrivals but if you do not message me that you are running late or respond to my message, you will be marked a no show after 15 minutes and will lose your deposit, as well as be charged the no show fee as stated above.
